Atlanta Braves star Ronald Acuña Jr. certainly isn’t shy on the field when he’s celebrating any type of victory or achievement.
Many take notice of his celebrations, and Venezuelan pitcher Nestor Molina gave one of his own right back to Acuña after striking him out, using one of the Braves star’s signature celebrations against him.
This was just one of many Acuña celebrations, but it’s certainly humorous to fans and probably Acuña himself as other players emulate the same energy back to him. He truly has some of the most epic on-field celebrations, and they’re exciting to see in all forms.

One of his celebrations from the regular season was a surprising one, but it was one of the best surprises as he gave a shoutout to Trae Young, a fellow star athlete in Atlanta.
Acuña watched as his leadoff homer exited the park and began advancing the bases as he broke out into a ‘chilly’ motion, a celebration that Young himself does in the NBA.
According to Mark Bowman of MLB.com, Acuña shared that his next home run will be followed by Young’s “Ice Trae” celebration. Young then shared his confidence that it would be soon, a prediction he was spot on with.
As shown, Acuña incorporates other people’s celebrations into his own. It seems as though it’s his way of honoring and acknowledging other stars around him while celebrating his own stellar achievements. Of course, his competitors do it as a harmless act of mockery, but it all seems to be in good fun which is bound to add a humorous twist to the game for Acuña.
After all, Acuña is one of the best players in Atlanta, so it only makes sense that his competitors would poke fun at him when they take him down.
