It looks like Kris Bryant and his wife Jess are expecting some pretty great news this summer as they are expecting twins.
Even though the MLB lockout dominates headlines and continues to drag on, there is still some good baseball-related news happening these days. While it isn’t exactly directly baseball news, it is good news for one of MLB’s stars.
Kris Bryant and his wife Jess took to social media and announced that they are about to add a couple of important additions to their family. According to Bryant, he and his wife are expecting twin boys.
The Bryants already have one child and they’re soon to be outnumbered when the twins arrive.

Bryant, who was a longtime star for the Chicago Cubs, most recently played for the San Francisco Giants after being traded during the 2021 season. Even though everything is paused by the MLB lockout right now, Bryant is still a free agent and will be one of the most sought-after stars available this year.
At the moment, it’s not entirely clear where he will continue on with his career. There is plenty of speculation around where Bryant could land for the next phase of his career.
The 6-foot-5, 230-pound 30-year-old is versatile enough to play a couple of different positions if needed and he’s one heck of a hitter. It’ll be fascinating to see which team ends up landing Bryant when the lockout eventually ends.
