Bothers Kyle & Corey Seager go head-to-head for the first time in Dodgers, Mariners game.

Brothers Kyle and Corey Seager are going to live out a dream on Monday night that many baseball-loving brothers will never be able to do. They’ll go head-to-head for the first time in their pro careers when the Los Angles Dodgers host the Seattle Mariners.

Kyle, who plays third base for the Mariners and Corey who plays shortstop for the Dodgers spoke to the media shortly before the series, joking about supporting each other but still wanting to win.

“I’m pretty excited. Get to see what all the hype is about,” Kyle said of his All-Star brother.

“I hope he goes out tonight and gets four hits and we still win,” Corey said of his older brother.

The Dodgers are heavy favorites but Kyle is no slouch

The Dodgers are the heavy favorite for the series, as they currently sit at first place in the National League West with the Mariners sitting at a respectable fifth in the American League West.

The brothers are the meeting for the first time and the 15th brother-duo in history to go head-to-head.
