With the game tied 3-3, Cleveland second baseman Cesar Hernandez stepped up to the plate with Austin Hedges on second to face off against Twins closer Alex Colome. Hernandez watched a a low 92.2-mph fastball get called just outside before sending a 91.5-mph four-seam fast ball down the middle of the plate into the right field stands to give Cleveland a 5-3 win.

Prior to that at-bat, Hernandez was zero-for-four on the day, which included one strikeout. Cleveland had scored their three previous runs on a two-run homer by Franmil Reyes in the first inning and an RBI single by Hedges in the second.
With both teams taking one game, it all comes down to Sunday afternoon to see who will win the weekend series.
